Straw fruit joy bag

This beautiful vintage woven bag has a lovely, more muted, rainbow colored pattern on the outside and brighter coloured rainbow on the inside.

The colours really reminded me of a ‘Fruit Joy’ ice cream, also known as a ‘Traffic light’ ice cream :)
The bag has a brown leather trip and strap and a zipper closure.

Length including shoulder strap: 69 cm

Vintage condition:
As with any vintage item, signs of wear and/or ageing can be expected. That is part of the charm! This lovely bag has a few signs of wear and/or ageing, such as:

• the fading of the colours on the outside (they used to be same brightness as the inside). I personally prefer the faded colours of the bag on the outside to the original colours, but that is of course personal : )
• a small tear in the leather that has been glued (on the end of zipper);
• fraying of the straw;
• fraying/damage to the suede inside of the strap

In addition, this bag is a bit dented, but nothing that can’t be fixed!
I think it is still really cute and versatile x
